it is an ambient fantasy on old norse/viking legends and lore - odinn, skull-king as sometimes he was called, calls and summons the einhejrir, the souls of the dead warriors in valhall for battle... interludes of spells and curses (helliruna) mixed with the dreamlike love song of a berserkr-warrior, who died in his attack, the epilogue of his flygja, his soul-double and totem animal, lead finally to seidhr - the evil witches' magick (mind macbeth' weird sisters!) for fate and failure of their victim. all sounds are produced by samples of real norse instruments - lure, war-horn, gjellarhorn - and pippa and jussi vocal synths.
